Comments Off on 50 Years of Ancholme Leisure CentreIt’s 50 years since Ancholme Leisure Centre first opened to the public. Then called Glanford Leisure Centre, the facility has supported North Lincolnshire residents to keep active since 10 May 1975.
We’re celebrating 50 years of fitness, fun and fantastic memories with some great offers!
Swim for 50p
Swim for only 50p per person in our lane and casual swim sessions over the weekend of 10 and 11 May. No need to book ahead, just visit the centre and pay at reception and you’ll be charged the discounted rate.
Bring a friend to the gym for 50p
If you’re a Fitness+ or Active Gym member bring a friend with you for a gym workout for only 50p on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 May. Your friend must be aged 18+ and not have any underlying health conditions (so they can use the gym without the need for an induction) No need to book in advance, just pop along and check in at reception. Please allow a few minutes when you arrive for your friend to read and sign a health declaration form.
Are you Ancholme Leisure Centre’s birthday twin?
If you were born on 10 May 1975 we will gift you a one month Fitness+ membership to celebrate. This can be redeemed by visiting Ancholme Leisure Centre between 5 and 11 May and bringing proof of your birthday (passport, driving licence, birth certificate) If you’re already a member we will suspend your membership payment for one month.
